水稻细菌性条斑病(以下简称水稻细条病)是我国重要的植物检疫性病害之一,对我国南方及东南亚国家的水稻生产形成严重威胁.近年来,水稻细条病在华东、华中等稻区的发生流行呈上升趋势,有些稻区的水稻细条病危害程度甚至已超过水稻白叶枯病.种植抗病品种被认为是防控水稻细条病最为经济、环保且高效的策略之一.然而,有关水稻细条病抗病品种的应用尚未见报道.目前,化学防治仍是生产上水稻细条病主要的应急防控措施之一.水稻细条病的绿色防控水平取决于水稻细条病菌致病性、水稻抗病性的遗传基础研究水平和及时精准用药.本文简要概述了水稻细条病的历史、发生和流行现状,归纳了致病基因和抗病基因的类型及二者互作机制,总结了主要防治措施,旨在为水稻细条病的绿色防控提供理论指导.
Rice bacterial leaf streak(BLS)is one of the significant plant quarantine diseases in China.It poses a severe threat to rice safety production in the southern regions of China and Southeast Asia.In recent years,the incidence and prevalence of BLS in rice-growing areas,including East China,Central China,and others,have been increasing.The extent of damage caused by this disease in certain rice-growing areas has already surpassed that of rice bacterial blight(BB)disease.Cultivating disease-resistant varieties is one of the most economically effective and environmentally friendly approaches to prevent and control BLS in rice.However,there is a lack of reported applications of disease-resistant varieties specifically targeting BLS.Currently,chemical control measures remain one of the primary emergency strategies used in rice production to manage BLS.The green control level of BLS depends on the research progress made in understanding the genetic basis of pathogenicity in the bacteria causing the disease and the genetic resistance of rice.This article provides an overview of the historical and current occurrence and prevalence of BLS in rice.It also summarizes the relevant genes associated with resistance to bacterial stripe disease,the types of pathogenicity,and the mechanisms of interaction.Additionally,it highlights the main preventive and control measures for BLS in rice,aiming to provide theoretical references for the green control of this disease.
