Abstract
In order to solve the problem of asymmetric failure existing in the roof of downhole long distance crossing fault roadways in Tianxin Coal Mine,which affects the safety of operations,the A802 hole cutting project is taken as the research object.The failure characteristics of the roadway roof are analyzed using dot matrix image analysis technology,and the failure characteristics of the roof are determined;The failure principle of the long distance crossing fault roadway roof is simulated and analyzed using UDEC numerical simulation analysis method,and a targeted optimization scheme of"asymmetric support control+alternating deep and shallow grouting+strengthening comprehensive support"is proposed.According to practical applications,the crossing fault roadway roof exhibits significant asymmetric deformation and failure;During the construction process,the shallow layer area of the surrounding rock first experiences tensile failure,and the cracks gradually expand to the roof and gradually expand with the increase of operation time,ultimately leading to asymmetric failure occurs in the roof;After optimizing the new control scheme,the deformation amount of the roof can be significantly reduced,ensuring the smooth implementation of the A802 hole cutting project.关键词
