中国企业技术标准国际化路径研究
Research on the Internationalization Path of Chinese Enterprise Technical Standards
摘要
Abstract
As the world's common language,international standards play an important role in leading scientific and technological innovation and promoting trade exchanges,and have become a key element of the global governance system.This paper uses data from Chinese enterprises participating in international standard development,as well as collected national,sectoral,and local standard data,to study the path of internationalization of enterprise technical standards,summarize characteristic facts,and further examine its influencing factors on this basis.The research has found that:(1)there are three basic modes of internationalization for Chinese enterprise technology standards:leap,vault,and soar;(2)Enterprises of the leap mode have strong technical capabilities,long participation time in standard development at multiple levels,and develop a large number of standards;Enterprises of the vault mode focuses relatively on certain technical field and participate in the development of standards in specific fields;Enterprises of the soar mode are young,mainly participating in the development of standards in some unique or novel technology fields;(3)The size and age of the enterprise have a significant impact on its standard internationalization path.The larger enterprise with longer history has the longer the standard internationalization path.关键词
