摘要

Abstract

This study focuses on the comparison and analysis of the safety standards of lithium-ion battery products between China and the European Union,two major lithium-ion battery manufacturing and consumer markets,and studies the compatibility of standards.The results show that there are significant differences in product safety parameters and testing methods between them.These differences constitute technical barriers to trade,and affect the market competitiveness of Chinese enterprises.Combined with the current status of standardization between China and EU,this paper proposes that strengthening mutual recognition of standards is an effective means to resolve international trade frictions.It is suggested that China and EU should strengthen international cooperation and jointly carry out the development of international standards to promote better coordination,health and high-quality development of the lithium-ion battery industry in China and EU through standardization.
