富硒菌棒配方对广东秋冬季栽培棘托竹荪生长的影响
Effect of Selenium Enrichment Mushroom Spawn Formula on Growth of Dictyophora echinovolvata Cultivated in Autumn and Winter in Guangdong Province

Abstract
To achieve the whole-year production of Dictyophora echinovolvata in Guangdong,the traditional mushroom spawn formula is used as the control(treatment 1)to explore the improved formula(treatment 2)and the addition of different content of selenium to the improved formula(0.5 mg/kg,treatment 3;1.0 mg/kg,treatment 4;2.0 mg/kg,treatment 5)on the growth of D.echinovolvata in autumn and winter.The results show that:1)Except for treatment 2,the mycelium growth rates of treatment 3,treatment 4,treatment 5 are faster than that of the traditional formula(treatment 1),and the mycelium color is whiter and uniform,with higher growth score;2)The number,yield and bioconversion rate of D.echinovolvata eggs in the improved formula are higher than those in the traditional formula.The number of eggs in treatment 4 and treatment 5 are 7.56/stick and 7.53/stick,respectively,which are significantly higher than those in other treatments;3)In treatment 4 and treatment 5,the selenium contents of D.echinovolvata eggs are 1.5 mg/kg and 2.08 mg/kg,respectively,which is significantly higher than that of other treatments.In treatment 4,the protein content and the hydrolytic amino acid content of D.echinovolvata eggs are the highest,which are 23.38 g/100 g and 22.21 g/100 g,respectively;and 4)The activities of superoxide dismutase,peroxidase and catalase in treatment 4 are higher than those in treatment 5.The results could provide references for the cultivation of Dictyophora in autumn and winter in Guangdong.关键词
