发酵平菇菌糠对羔羊生长性能、血清生化指标及瘤胃发酵参数的影响
Effects of fermented oyster mushroom bran on growth performance,serum biochemical indexes,and rumen fermentation parameters of lambs

Abstract
This experiment was conducted to investigate the effects of different levels of fermented oyster mushroom bran on growth performance,serum biochemical indexes and rumen fermentation function of fattening lambs.A total of 64 weaned Hu sheep(half male and half female)were randomly divided into four groups with 16 replicates per group and one lamb per replicate according to the single-factor experimental design.Lambs in the control group were fed the basal diet,and lambs in test groups 1,2 and 3 were fed the basal diet supplemented with 10%,15%and 20%fermented oyster mushroom bran.The pre-test period was seven days and the formal test period was 90 days.The results showed that compared with control group,the gain and average daily gain of lambs in test group 2 were significantly increased(P<0.05),and the ratio of feed to gain was decreased.The serum alkaline phosphatase activity of lambs in test groups 2 was significantly increased(P<0.05),the creatinine content in test groups 2 and 3 was significantly increased(P<0.05),the serum urea nitrogen content in test groups 1 and 2 was significantly decreased(P<0.05),and serum albumin content in test groups 1 and 2 was significantly increased(P<0.05).The mean volume of red blood cells significantly increased(P<0.05),the number of white blood cells significantly decreased(P<0.05),and the content of hemoglobin significantly increased in the blood of lambs in test groups 2 and 3(P<0.05).The concentrations of NH3-N in rumen fluid of test groups 2 and 3 were significantly increased(P<0.05),and the concentrations of propionic acid and MCP in rumen fluid of test group 2 were significantly increased(P<0.05).The study indicates that fermented oyster mushroom bran can improve the growth performance and rumen fermentation function of lambs,and improve the body health,and the supplemental level of fermented oyster mushroom bran is 15%.关键词
