残次红枣发酵饲料对克氏原螯虾生长性能、肌肉品质的影响
Effects of residual red dates fermented feed on growth performance and meat quality of Procambarus clarkii

Abstract
The aim of this experiment was to study the effects of residual red dates fermented feed with different proportions on the growth performance and meat quality of Procambarus clarkii.A total of 720 Procambarus clarkii were randomly divided into six groups with three replicates per group and 40 tails per replicate.The control group was fed a basic diet,and the experimental groups were supplemented with 10%,20%,30%,40%,and 50%residual red dates fermented feed,respectively.The results showed that the specific growth rate,final weight,weight gain rate,and survival rate of 20%group were significantly higher than those of other groups(P<0.05).The food coefficient of 20%group was significantly lower than that of other groups(P<0.05).The concentrations of crude protein and crude fat of muscle in 10%group and 20%group were significantly higher than that in other groups(P<0.05).The concentrations of total amino acid and essential amino acid in 20%group were significantly higher than those in other groups(P<0.05),and glutamic acid content was significantly higher than that in control group and 50%group(P<0.05).The study indicates that adding 20%residual red dates fermented feed has a positive effect on the growth performance of Procambarus clarkii,and the nutritional value and quality of meat are also better.关键词
