艳山姜纯露对啤酒酵母致热家兔的解热作用及下丘脑NF-κB表达的影响
Effects of dewdrops from Aplinia zerubet fruits and on antipyretic and hypothalamus NF-κB expression in brewer's yeast-induced fever rabbits

Abstract
The experiment aimed to investigate the antipyretic effects of dewdrops from Aplinia zerubet fruits(DAF)and effects on hypothalamus NF-κB expression in fever rabbits induced by brewer's yeast.60-day-old rabbits except rabbits in control group were subcutaneously injected with brewer's yeast(135 mg/kg)into their back of neck to establish the fever models,and five hours after modeling,30 rabbits with anal temperature gain 0.8~3.0℃were randomly divided into five groups.Rabbits in control group and model group were intragastrically fed with pure water,rabbits in ibuprofen group were intragastrically fed with dose of ibuprofen suspension 10 mg/kg,and rabbits in group DAF1,DAF2,DAF3 were intragastrically fed with dose of 1.8,3.6,7.2 g/kg DAF.The results showed that compared with the model group,the DAF2 and DAF3 groups extremely reduced the rectal temperature of feverish rabbits(P<0.01),decreased the levels of serum tumor necrosis factor-α(TNF-α),interleukin-1β(IL-1β),and interleukin-6(IL-6)(P<0.05,P<0.01),reduced the levels of cyclic adenosine monophosphate(cAMP)and prostaglandin E2(PGE2)in the cerebrospinal fluid(P<0.05 or P<0.01),and downregulated the expression of NF-κB p65 protein in the hypothalamus.The experiment indicated that adding dewdrops from 3.6 g/kg and 7.2 g/kg DAF can alleviate the damage form heat stress.关键词
