摘要

Abstract

The experiment aimed to investigate the impact of different concentrations of ethanol-extracted jujube polysaccharides(JP)on the immune activity of macrophages cultured in vitro.The experiment used ethanol concentrations of 60%,70%,80%,and 90%to extract four types of jujube polysaccharides.A 4×4 double-factor experimental design was adopted,with mouse macrophages as the research subjects,to measure the phagocytic activity,proliferation rate,and cytokine secretion levels of macrophages after treatment with four types of jujube polysaccharides(JP60,JP70,JP80,JP90)at different quality concentrations(25,50,100,150 mg/L).A positive control group was set with lipopolysaccharide(LPS),and a blank control group was added with distilled water.The results showed that compared with the blank control group,all experimental concentrations of JP60,JP70,JP80,and JP90 had a promoting effect on the phagocytic activity,proliferation rate,and the secretion of nitric oxide(NO),tumor necrosis factor-alpha(TNF-α),interleukin-1 beta(IL-1β),and interleukin-6(IL-6)in macrophages.Compared with the LPS control group,the macrophage proliferation rate and phagocytic activity were better in the 100,150 mg/L JP60 groups and the 100,150 mg/L JP90 groups.The 100,150 mg/L JP60 groups and the 50 mg/L JP90 group show better promotion of NO secretion.The study indicates that jujube polysaccharides(JP)of different quality concentrations can enhance the immune activity of macrophages,with 100 mg/L of JP60 showing the better effect.
