葛根多糖对犊牛生长性能、免疫功能及肠道菌群的影响OA北大核心CSTPCD
Effects of Pueraria lobata polysaccharides on growth performance,immune function,and intestinal flora of calves
试验旨在探讨不同水平的葛根多糖对犊牛生长性能、免疫功能及肠道菌群的影响.试验选择体重相近、健康的荷斯坦犊牛40头,随机分成4组,每组10个重复,每个重复1头牛.对照组饲喂基础全混合饲粮,试验1组、2组、3组分别饲喂添加250、500和1 000 mg/kg葛根多糖的饲粮.预试期7 d,正式试验期60 d.结果显示:与对照组相比,试验2组、3组的末重和平均日增重显著增加(P<0.05),料重比显著降低(P<0.05),各试验组腹泻率显著降低(P<0.05).与对照组相比,各试验组血清免疫球蛋白G(IgG)水平显著提高(P<0.05),试验2组、3组血清分泌型免疫球蛋白A(sIgA)水平显著提高(P<0.05);各试验组犊牛血清中转化生长因子-β(TGF-β)水平显著升高(P<0.05),白细胞介素-1β(IL-1β)和肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)水平显著降低(P<0.05);试验2组、3组白细胞介素-10(IL-10)水平显著增加(P<0.05),白细胞介素-2(IL-2)水平显著降低(P<0.05).与对照组相比,试验 2 组、3 组犊牛肠道中变形菌门(Proteobacteria)相对丰度显著降低(P<0.05),拟杆菌门(Bacteroidetes)和粪杆菌属(Faecalibacterium)相对丰度显著增加(P<0.05),各试验组肠道中双歧杆菌属(Bifidobacterium)和瘤胃球菌属(Ruminococcus)相对丰度均显著增加(P<0.05).研究表明,葛根多糖可以改善荷斯坦犊牛的生长性能,提高免疫功能,调节肠道菌群丰度,降低腹泻率,以添加500 mg/kg葛根多糖效果较好.
This study was conducted to investigate the effects of different levels of Pueraria lobata polysaccharides on growth performance,immune function,and intestinal flora of calves.A total of 40 healthy Holstein calves with similar body weight were randomly divided into four groups,with 10 replicates per group,and one calf per replicate.Calves in the control group were fed a basal mixed diet,and those in the experimental groups were fed diets supplemented with 250,500 and 1 000 mg/kg Pueraria lobata polysaccharide,respectively.The pre-test period was seven days and the formal test period was 60 days.The results showed that compared with the control group,the final weight and average daily weight gain of the calves in experimental groups 2 and 3 significantly increased(P<0.05),and the feed conversion ratio significantly decreased(P<0.05),the diarrhea rate of the calves in each experimental group significantly decreased(P<0.05),the level of immunoglobulin G(IgG)in each experimental group significantly increased(P<0.05),and the levels of secretory immunoglobulin A(sIgA)in experimental groups 2 and 3 significantly increased(P<0.05),the levels of transforming growth factor-β(TGF-β)in the serum of calves in each experimental group significantly increased(P<0.05),while the levels of interleukin-1β(IL-1β)and tumor necrosis factor-α(TNF-α)significantly decreased(P<0.05).The levels of interleukin-10(IL-10)significantly increased(P<0.05),and the levels of interleukin-2(IL-2)significantly decreased in experimental groups 2 and 3(P<0.05).Compared with the control group,the abundance of Proteobacteria in the intestines of calves in experimental groups 2 and 3 significantly decreased(P<0.05),the relative abundance of Bacteroidetes and Faecalibacterium significantly increased(P<0.05),and the relative abundance of Bifidobacterium and Ruminococcus in the intestines of calves in each experimental group significantly increased(P<0.05).The study indicates that feeding Pueraria lobata polysaccharide to Holstein calves can improve growth performance,enhance immune function and regulate intestinal flora abundance,and reduce diarrhea rate,with the addition of 500 mg/kg Pueraria lobata polysaccharides showing the best effects.
