膨化玉米秸秆对育肥肉牛生长性能、屠宰性能、肉品质及抗氧化能力的影响OA北大核心CSTPCD
Effects of expanded corn straw on growth performance,slaughter performance,meat quality,and antioxidant capacity of finishing beef cattle
试验旨在研究不同水平的膨化玉米秸秆替代饲粮中的普通玉米秸秆对育肥肉牛生长性能、屠宰性能、肉品质及抗氧化能力的影响.选取健康、体重(446.56±12.45)kg的西门塔尔杂交肉牛40头,随机分为4组,每组10个重复,每个重复1头肉牛.1组(对照组)饲喂普通玉米秸秆,2组、3组、4组分别添加40%、60%、80%膨化玉米秸秆分别等量替代基础饲粮中普通玉米秸秆,预试期10 d,正式试验期60 d.结果显示:与对照相比,3组、4组肉牛的平均日增重、背膘厚度、瘦肉率、眼肌面积、粗蛋白含量、大理石花纹显著增加(P<0.05),料重比、剪切力显著降低(P<0.05);总超氧化物歧化酶(T-SOD)活性显著升高(P<0.05),丙二醛(MDA)含量显著降低(P<0.05).研究表明,添加60%、80%膨化玉米秸秆替代普通的玉米秸秆可以提高育肥肉牛生长性能、屠宰性能、肉品质和抗氧化能力.
The experiment aimed to investigate the effects of substituting different levels of expanded corn straw for ordinary corn straw in the diet on the growth performance,slaughter performance,meat quality,and antioxidant capacity of fattening beef cattle.Forty healthy Simmental hybrid beef cattle with body weight(446.56±12.45)kg were selected and randomly divided into four groups,with ten replicates per group and one beef cattle per replicate.Group 1(control group)was fed with ordinary corn straw,while groups 2,3,and 4 were supplemented with 40%,60%,and 80%expanded corn straw,respectively,to replace an equivalent amount of ordinary corn straw in the basal diet.The preliminary trial period was ten days,and the formal experimental period was 60 days.The results showed that compared to the control group,the average daily weight gain,backfat thickness,lean meat rate,eye muscle area,crude protein content,and marbling score were significantly increased(P<0.05)in groups 3 and 4,while the feed conversion ratio and shear force were significantly decreased(P<0.05),the total superoxide dismutase(T-SOD)activity was significantly increased(P<0.05),and the malondialdehyde(MDA)content was significantly decreased(P<0.05).The study indicates that the addition of 60%and 80%expanded corn straw as a substitute for ordinary corn straw can improve the growth performance,slaughter performance,meat quality,and antioxidant capacity of finishing beef cattle.
