饲粮添加γ-氨基丁酸对海兰褐蛋鸡蛋中γ-氨基丁酸含量、蛋品质及产蛋性能的影响OA北大核心CSTPCD
Effects of dietary supplementations with γ-aminobutyric acid on γ-aminobutyric acid content of egg,egg quality,and laying production in Hailan brown laying hens
试验旨在探讨饲粮中添加不同水平γ-氨基丁酸(GABA)对海兰褐蛋鸡蛋中GABA含量、蛋品质及产蛋性能的影响.试验随机选取180只健康海兰褐蛋鸡分为5组,每组3个重复,每个重复12只蛋鸡.对照组饲喂基础饲粮,试验组分别在基础饲粮中添加50、100、200、400 mg/kg GABA.预试期7 d,正式试验期30 d.结果显示,整个试验期间,各试验组蛋黄中GABA含量均高于对照组,400 mg/kg GABA组显著高于其他组(P<0.05);各试验组蛋清中GABA含量均显著高于对照组(P<0.05),400 mg/kg GABA组显著高于其他组(P<0.05).100 mg/kg GABA组蛋壳强度显著高于对照组(P<0.05);试验第10、20 d,400 mg/kg GABA组哈氏单位显著高于对照组(P<0.05);试验第30 d,100 mg/kg GABA组蛋白高度和哈氏单位显著高于对照组(P<0.05).试验第20、30 d,200 mg/kg和400 mg/kg GABA组的料蛋比均显著低于对照组(P<0.05).研究表明,饲粮中添加GABA可增加海兰褐蛋鸡蛋黄、蛋清中GABA含量,改善蛋品质,提高产蛋性能,推荐GABA添加量为400 mg/kg,添加时间为30 d.
The experiment aimed to investigate the effect of different levels of γ-aminobutyric acid(GABA)on GABA content,egg quality,and laying production in Hailan brown laying hens.A tatol of 180 healthy Hailan brown laying hens were divided into five groups with three replicates each with 12 hens in each replicate.The control group was fed a basic diet,while the experimental groups were fed the basic diet supplemented with 50,100,200,and 400 mg/kg GABA,respectively.The pre-test lasted for seven days and the formal test lasted for 30 days.The results showed that throughout the entire test period,the GABA content in the yolks of all experimental groups was higher than that of the control group,and the 400 mg/kg GABA group was significantly higher than the other groups(P<0.05).The GABA content in the albumen of all experimental groups was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05),and the 400 mg/kg GABA group was significantly higher than the other groups(P<0.05).The eggshell strength of 100 mg/kg GABA group was significantly higher than that of control group(P<0.05).Test for 10 and 20 days,Haugh unit in 400 mg/kg GABA group was significantly higher than that in control group(P<0.05).Test for 30 days,100 mg/kg GABA albumen height and Haugh unit were significantly higher than those in control group(P<0.05).On the 20th and 30th days,the feed to egg ratio of 200 and 400 mg/kg GABA groups was significantly lower than that of control group(P<0.05).The study indicates that adding GABA in the diet can increase the content of GABA in egg yolk and albumen,and improve egg quality and egg production of Hailan brown laying hens.It is recommended to add GABA at a dosage of 400 mg/kg for a period of 30 days.
