黄芪多糖和补中益气散对乌苏里貉生长性能、血清生化指标、免疫性能及抗氧化能力的影响
Effects of Astragalus polysaccharides and Buzhong Yiqi powder on growth performance,serum biochemical indexes,immune performance,and antioxidant capacity of Ussuri raccoon dog

Abstract
The experiment aims to study the effects of Astragalus polysaccharides and Buzhong Yiqi powder on the growth performance,serum biochemical indexes,immune performance,and antioxidant capacity of the Ussuri raccoon dog.A total of 50 healthy three-month-old Ussuri raccoon dogs with similar body weight were selected,with an equal number of males and females,randomly divided into five groups,namely the control group,group A(0.3%,chlortetracycline),group B(0.1%,Astragalus polysaccharides),group C(0.5%,Buzhong Yiqi powder),and group D(1.0%,Buzhong Yiqi powder),with ten replicates per group and one Ussuri raccoon dog per replicate.The pre-test period was seven days and the formal test period was 150 days.The results showed that at the end of the trial,the average daily weight gain of group B was extremely higher than that of the control group,groups C and D(P<0.01),and the feed-to-gain ratio was extremely lower than that of the control group(P<0.01).The total cholesterol(TC)levels in groups B and D were significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.05),and the triglyceride(TG)levels in all experimental groups were significantly higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).The malondialdehyde(MDA)content in groups B and C was lower than that in the control group(P>0.05),and significantly lower than those in group D(P<0.05).The change in MDA content throughout the trial in group B was significantly higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).The total antioxidant capacity(T-AOC)in group C was significantly higher than that in the control group and group A(P<0.05).The study indicates that the addition of 0.1%Astragalus polysaccharides 0.5%or 1.0%Buzhong Yiqi powder to the basic diet can effectively improve the growth performance,immune performance,and antioxidant capacity of the Ussuri raccoon dog.关键词
