危机领导力概念分析
Conceptual analysis of crisis leadership
摘要
Abstract
Objective:By analyzing the development of crisis leadership,related concepts,antecedents and consequences.Methods:CNKI,Wanfang Data,VIP,SinoMed,PubMed,Web of Science,EBSCOhost,and the Cochrane Library were searched by computer.The literatures were reviewed and analyzed by Rodgers conceptual analysis method.Results:We proposed the concept of crisis leadership in the field of nursing through conceptual analysis,that was,when an organization was facing a major public health emergency,nursing managers could accurately predict the occurrence of crisis events,integrated and mobilized organizational resources through efficient decision-making and communication,built trust in the organization,and promoted the organization's ability to recover as soon as possible and reflected and learnt from crisis events.Conclusion:Through the conceptual analysis of crisis leadership,the concept and conceptual model of crisis leadership are clarified,which is conducive to the further development and practice of crisis leadership in the field of nursing.关键词
