青少年特发性脊柱侧凸围麻醉期临床护理路径的构建
Construction of clinical nursing pathway in perianesthetic period of adolescent idiopathic scoliosis

Abstract
Objective:To develop a clinical nursing pathway for adolescents with idiopathic scoliosis during the perioperative anesthesia period,providing a reference for anesthesia nursing care for this patient population.Methods:Based on evidence synthesis and the Delphi expert consultation method,a preliminary clinical nursing pathway for adolescents with idiopathic scoliosis during the perioperative anesthesia period was constructed according to the perioperative anesthesia timeline and work procedures.Two rounds of consultations were conducted with 20 experts between September 10th and October 7th,2023 to finalize the nursing pathway.Results:The effective response rate for both rounds of expert consultations was 100%,with expert authority coefficients of 0.868 and 0.870,and Kendall's coefficient of concordance of 0.138 and 0.120,respectively.The final clinical nursing pathway includes 3 first-level indicators(time points),13 second-level indicators(nursing items),and 87 third-level indicators(nursing contents).Conclusion:The clinical nursing pathway for adolescents with idiopathic scoliosis during the perioperative anesthesia period,developed based on evidence synthesis and expert consultation,demonstrates high scientific and clinical practicality,providing a reference for clinical anesthesia nursing staff.关键词
