摘要

Abstract

Slurry pump is a commonly used slurry conveying equipment in mineral processing production.Its online fault diagnosis is generally difficult.The concentrator often sets standby slurry pump as a means to avoid obstacles.A fault diagnosis method of slurry pump based on subspace identification technology is proposed.A subspace identification model is established by using on-line process data to realize fault diagnosis function.The test results showed that the method could diagnose the failure of instrument and the block-age of slurry pump feed port.In practical industrial application,this method could realize real-time monitoring and fault diagnosis of slurry pump,and could effectively improve the efficiency and stability of mineral processing production.At the same time,this method could also provide technical reference for other equipment fault diagnosis.
