Abstract
From the perspective of the industrial development and standardization status of large-capacity green electricity hydrogen production devices,it is necessary to carry out product certification work for green electricity hydrogen production devices.Based on the analysis of the technical route of green electricity hydrogen production device,this paper takes the alkaline water electrolysis hydrogen production device as an example to sort out its main functional system composition and product certification unit setting,key technical characteristics and product certification points.It also analyzes the key technologies for product certification of alkaline water electrolysis hydrogen production devices,and finally explores the current problems in product certification of green electricity hydrogen production device based on practice,and puts forward relevant suggestions.The research results show that:1)The development trend of alkaline water electrolysis hydrogen production device is high power,high hydrogen production,low energy consumption,high safety,and good adaptability to new energy generation.Based on the current standard requirements and the technical characteristics of the product,product certification testing requirements and factory inspection requirements applicable to alkaline water electrolysis hydrogen production devices have been proposed.2)Through certification practice,it is recommended to supplement the hydrogen content in oxygen testing under dynamic load conditions for the dynamic load operation status testing of alkaline water electrolyzer,in order to confirm whether the product can reach its claimed lower limit of working range.3)Suggestions have been put forward to address the problems in product certification for green hydrogen production devices,including improving product certification testing content,perfecting standard systems,and increasing the importance of safety supervision.关键词
