摘要

Abstract

This paper focuses on the quality management issues in the production process of PV modules.Firstly,based on the process flow,common PV module production quality issues are introduced.Secondly,the causes of such issues are analyzed.Then,optimization measures for PV module production quality management are proposed from three aspects:optimization and improvement,technological innovation and application,and training and education for PV module production quality management.Finally,the future production quality management methods for PV module are discussed.The implementation of optimization measures will help further improve the production quality and reliability of PV modules,meet market demand,and promote the development of the PV industry.In order to better face future challenges,the production quality management of PV module should pay more attention to globalization and standardization,better apply digital and intelligent technologies,improve production efficiency and product quality,achieve digital transformation of intelligent manufacturing and production quality management,and promote the sustainable development of the PV module manufacturing industry and continuous improvement of production quality management.
