基于LECD安全评价方法的磷酸铁锂储能电站的安全运维研究
RESEARCH ON SAFETY OPERATION AND MAINTENANCE OF LITHIUM IRON PHOSPHATE ENERGY STORAGE POWER STATION BASED ON LECD SAFETY EVALUATION METHOD

Abstract
With the continuous development of new energy technology,a large number of new energy power sources have been put into production and operation.However,their power generation has instability and volatility,and the supporting energy storage system can solve this problem.Therefore,energy storage has developed rapidly.However,how to ensure the safe and stable operation of energy storage power stations is still an urgent problem to be solved.This paper is based on the current operation status and potential risks of wind farm supporting lithium iron phosphate energy storage power stations,and explores the standardized safety operation and maintenance issues of energy storage power stations.A set of LECD(likelihood,exposure,consequence,danger)safety evaluation methods is designed to systematically evaluate the safety of operation and maintenance of lithium iron phosphate energy storage power stations.After dividing the risk levels based on the scores obtained from the LECD safety evaluation method,targeted improvement measures are developed based on the likelihood,exposure,and consequence of safety hazards with higher risk levels,in order to maximize the safety of the operation and maintenance of lithium iron phosphate energy storage power stations.The proposed LECD safety evaluation method and improvement measures can achieve:1)In terms of detectability,based on the proposed energy storage safety pre diagnosis system,by establishing a battery thermal runaway pre diagnosis database for lithium iron phosphate energy storage power stations,the accuracy of safety hazard prediction can be improved.2)In terms of likelihood,according to the operational guidelines for the proposed 5-step charging and discharging process,the possibility of safety hazards in lithium iron phosphate energy storage power stations can be reduced.Upgrade the BMS system program and improve the SOC parameters,once the SOC exceeds the parameter range,it will automatically stop charging and discharging and issue a warning to avoid risks from the source.3)In terms of the degree of harm,a method of detecting electrolyte leakage in lithium iron phosphate batteries through high borosilicate organic glass has been proposed,and a wind direction measurement device has been installed in the energy storage unit area to reduce the harm caused by safety hazards,improve the safety of energy storage power station operation,and ensure the personal safety of operation and maintenance personnel and the reliability of equipment operation.关键词
