摘要

Abstract

High-strength atmospheric corrosion resisting steel is a new type of PV bracket structural material,with unique corrosion resistance,high strength,environmental protection and economy.Through the structural stress analysis and review of the actual case of high-strength atmospheric corrosion resisting steel PV bracket,several structural optimization ideas and measures are put forward to achieve the purpose of reducing the amount of steel used.By adopting optimization measures,the steel consumption of PV brackets has decreased from 33.0 t/MW to 31.7 t/MW compared to before optimization.Compared with traditional steel PV brackets,the steel consumption has been reduced by about 16.6%,achieving the goal of reducing steel consumption.This indicates that high-strength atmospheric corrosion resisting steel has the advantages of saving materials and reducing costs when applied to PV brackets,and at the same time,the shortcomings and challenges of the new bracket material in the application process are described.To provide reference and reference for the promotion and application of high-strength atmospheric corrosion resisting steel PV bracket in PV power industry.
