Abstract
Objective To analyze the effect of Xiaoyao Pills in the treatment of amenorrhea caused by antipsychotic drugs.Methods From December 2021 to December 2023,82 patients with amenorrhea caused by taking antipsychotic drugs in the Jiexi County People's Hospital were selected.According to the random number table method,they were divided into the control group(n=41,treated with Aripiprazole on the basis of the original antipsychotic drug)and the study group(n=41,treated with Xiaoyao Pills on the basis of the original antipsychotic drug).The sex hormone levels,ovarian function,growth factors and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results After treatment,anti-Müllerian hormone in the study group was higher than that in the control group,and follicle-stimulating hormone and prolactin were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the endometrial thickness,the mean ovarian diameter of the ovary,and the antral follicle count in the study group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).The levels of vascular endothelial growth factor and epidermal growth factor in the study group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).The total incidence of adverse reactions in the study group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Xiaoyao Pills is effective in the treatment of amenorrhea caused by antipsychotic drugs,which can regulate the levels of sex hormones and growth factors,improve ovarian function,and has few adverse reactions.关键词
