摘要
Abstract
Objective To observe the effect of Lifei Huatan Decoction combined with Montelukast Sodium in the treatment of children with Mycoplasma pneumonia and its influence on serum immunoglobulin and traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)syndrome score.Methods A total of 89 children with Mycoplasma pneumonia admitted to PKUCare Luzhong Hospital from July 2022 to February 2024 were divided into two groups by drawing lots.The experimental group(46 cases)was given Lifei Huatan Decoction combined with Montelukast Sodium,and the reference group(43 cases)was given Montelukast Sodium.The treatment effect of the two groups was compared.Results The total effective rate in the experimental group was higher than that in the reference group,the time of fever remission and cough remission was shorter than that of reference group(P<0.05).After treatment,the TCM syndrome scores of cough,fever,dyspnea,and sputum,the levels of C-reactive protein and tumor necrosis factor-α in the experimental group were lower than those in the reference group,and the levels of serum immunoglobulin(Ig)A,IgG,and IgM were higher than those in the reference group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Lifei Huatan Decoction combined with Montelukast Sodium has a good effect in the treatment of children with Mycoplasma pneumonia,which can alleviate clinical symptoms,reduce inflammation and TCM syndrome score,and improve immune function,which is worth promoting.关键词
