Abstract
Objective To explore the clinical effect of modified Shegan Mahuang Decoction in the treatment of asthma with cold syndrome in children.Methods A total of 86 children with asthma with cold syndrome admitted to Dezhou Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital from June 2023 to June 2024 were selected and divided into two groups by the random number table method,with 43 cases in each group.The control group received conventional treatment,while the observation group received modified Shegan Mahuang Decoction on the basis of control group.The clinical efficacy,lung function,blood gas indexes,immune function,and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate in the observation group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in lung function,blood gas indexes and immune function between the two groups before treatment(P>0.05).After treatment,the forced expiratory volume in one second,forced vital capacity and peak expiratory flow in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).The partial pressure of carbon dioxide in observation group was lower than that in control group,and the partial pressure of blood oxygen was higher than that in control group(P<0.05).Immunoglobulin(Ig)M in observation group was lower than that in control group,IgA and IgG were higher than those in control group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the total incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion Modified Shegan Mahuang Decoction treating asthma with cold syndrome in children can regulate blood gas indexes and improve lung function and immune function.关键词
