摘要
Abstract
Objective To investigate the effect of modified Maxingshigan Decoction combined with Azithromycin sequential therapy in the treatment of Mycoplasma pneumoniae pneumonia(MPP)in children.Methods A total of 106 children with MPP treated in Longchuan County Maternal and Child Health Hospital from January to December 2023 were selected and divided into two groups using the random number table method.The control group(53 cases)received Azithromycin sequential therapy,while the observation group(53 cases)received modified Maxingshigan Decoction on the basis of control group.The clinical efficacy,traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)syndrome scores,respiratory rate,lung function,and inflammatory factor levels were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate in the observation group was 94.34%,which was higher than 75.47%in the control group(P<0.05).The TCM syndrome scores of cough,fever,phlegm yellow and viscous,thirst,and wheezing and nasal flaring in the observation group were all lower than those in the control group after treatment(P<0.05).After treatment,the respiratory rate of observation group was lower than that of control group,the tidal volume and respiratory ratio were higher than those of control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the levels of C-reactive protein and interleukin-6 in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,and the level of interleukin-10 was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Modified Maxingshigan Decoction combined with Azithromycin sequential therapy can relieve the clinical symptoms of children with MPP,reduce inflammatory response,improve lung function,and has a good therapeutic effect.关键词
