Effect of Xingpi Yang'er Granules combined with Bacillus Liche-niformis Live Bacterial Granules in the treatment of pediatric indigestion diarrhea and its impact on immune function

Abstract
Objective To analyze the effect of Xingpi Yang'er Granules combined with Bacillus Licheniformis Live Bacterial Granules in the treatment of pediatric indigestion diarrhea and its impact on immune function.Methods A total of 80 children with indigestion diarrhea admitted to Yuexiu District Children's Hospital in Guangzhou from January 2021 to December 2023 were selected as the study objects.All the children were divided into the control group and the observation group using the random number table method.The observation group(n=40)was treated with Xingpi Yang'er Granules combined with Bacillus Licheniformis Live Bacterial Granules,while the control group(n=40)was treated with Bacillus Licheniformis Live Bacterial Granules.The clinical symptoms score,immune function,intestinal flora,and clinical effect were compared between the two groups.Results After treatment,the clinical symptoms score in the observation group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the levels of CD4+and CD4+/CD8+in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,while the level of CD8+in the observation group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the number of intestinal flora in both groups increased,and the number of intestinal flora in the observation group was more than that in the control group(P<0.05).The total effective rate of treatment in the observation group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The clinical effect of Xingpi Yang'er Granules combined with Bacillus Licheniformis Live Bacterial Granules in the treatment of pediatric indigestion diarrhea is good,which can effectively improve clinical symptoms,enhance immune function,strengthen cellular immune function,and help regulate the balance of intestinal flora.关键词
