Abstract
Objective To explore the clinical effect of Azithromycin combined with Jinzhen Oral Liquid in the treatment of children with Mycoplasma pneumoniae pneumonia.Methods A total of 84 children with Mycoplasma pneumoniae pneumonia admitted to Yixing Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital from January to December 2023 were selected as the study objects and divided into the control group(42 cases,treated with Azithromycin)and the observation group(42 cases,treated with Azithromycin combined with Jinzhen Oral Liquid).The clinical efficacy,traditional Chinese medicine syndrome score,and inflammatory factors levels were compared between the two groups.Results The total clinical effective rate in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,and the difference was significant(P<0.05).Before treatment,there were no significant differences in the traditional Chinese medicine scores of cough,expectoration,and fever between the two groups(P>0.05).After treatment,the traditional Chinese medicine scores of cough,expectoration,and fever in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,and the differences were significant(P<0.05).Before treatment,there were no significant differences in the levels of heparin-binding protein(HBP),C-reactive protein(CRP),and procalcitonin(PCT)between the two groups(P>0.05).After treatment,compared with the control group,the levels of HBP,CRP,and PCT in the observation group were lower,and the differences were significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The clinical effect of Azithromycin combined with Jinzhen Oral Liquid in the treatment of children with Mycoplasma pneumoniae pneumonia is more significant than using Azithromycin alone,which can alleviate the clinical symptoms and reduce inflammatory response in children.关键词
