Abstract
Objective To analyze the diagnostic value of 3.0T MRI combined with spiral CT in the preoperative grading of endometrial carcinoma.Methods The imaging data of 62 patients with endometrial carcinoma admitted to Mudan People's Hospital in Heze City from January 2022 to January 2023 were retrospectively analyzed.3.0T MRI and spiral CT were performed before operation,and the postoperative pathological results were used as the gold standard to analyze the consistency between the two examinations and pathological results.Results The Kappa values of preoperative grading of 3.0T MRI,spiral CT alone and combined examination and postoperative pathological results were 0.750,0.662 and 0.892,respectively.The consistency of combined examination was the highest,followed by MRI alone(P<0.05).Conclusion 3.0T MRI combined with spiral CT has a high diagnostic value in the preoperative grading of endometrial carcinoma,and is highly consistent with postoperative pathological results.关键词
