Abstract
Objective To analyze the value of colposcopy,thin-prep cytology test(TCT)combined with high-risk human papilloma virus(HPV)detection in cervical cancer screening.Methods A total of 80 women who received cervical cancer screening in Longyan First Affiliated Hospital of Fujian Medical University from January to December 2023 were selected.All of them underwent colposcopy,TCT and high-risk HPV detection.The pathological results were used as the gold standard to analyze the diagnostic efficacy of single and combined screening.Results Pathological results showed that 17 cases were positive and 63 cases were negative.The sensitivity and specificity of colposcopy,TCT combined with high-risk HPV detection were higher than those of single TCT or TCT combined with high-risk HPV detection(P<0.05).Conclusion Colposcopy,TCT combined with high-risk HPV detection have high value in cervical cancer screening,which can improve the sensitivity and specificity.关键词
