低频脉冲治疗仪联合穴位按摩在产后乳房胀痛及泌乳不足产妇中的应用
Application of low frequency pulse therapy instrument combined with acupressure in parturients with postpartum breast swelling and pain and insufficient lactation

Abstract
Objective To explore the effect of low frequency pulse therapy instrument combined with acupressure in relieving postpartum breast swelling and pain and insufficient lactation of parturients.Methods A total of 60 postpartum women with breast swelling pain and insufficient lactation admitted to Ruikang Hospital Affiliated to Guangxi University of Chinese Medicine from March to December 2023 were selected as the research subjects.The participants were assigned to either a control group or an observation group using the random number table method,each group consisting of 30 cases.Both groups were given the same routine nursing measures such as breastfeeding health education,hot compress,and massage,on this basis,the observation group used low frequency pulse therapy instrument combined with acupressure.The degree of breast swelling and pain,breastfeeding status,and sleep quality after intervention were observed between the two groups.Results After intervention,the degree of breast swelling in the observation group was milder than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The degree of breast pain in the observation group was milder than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The rate of exclusive breastfeeding in the observation group(63.33%)was higher than that in the control group(30.00%),with statistically significant difference(P<0.05).The Pittsburgh sleep quality index score of the observation group was lower than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Low frequency pulse therapy instrument combined with acupressure can alleviate breast swelling and pain in postpartum women,promote milk secretion,improve sleep quality,and thus increase the success rate of breastfeeding.关键词
