Influence of modified hospital transport of premature infants on the treatment and management of premature infants
摘要
Abstract
Objective To study the effect of modified hospital transport of premature infants on the treatment and management of premature infants.Methods A total of 180 premature infants treated in Shenzhen Longhua District Central Hospital from June 2022 to December 2023 were selected as observation objects,and divided into group A,group B,and group C according to random number table method,with 60 cases in each group.Group A performed simple routine transport measures,group B implemented relevant evidence-based nursing measures,and group C performed modified hospital transport of premature infants according to the department conditions on the basis of the implementation of relevant evidence-based nursing measures.The complications after transport,the correct rate of transport position,and blood gas analysis indexes were compared among the groups.Results There was statistically significant difference in the incidence of hypoglycemia and hypotension among the three groups after transport(P<0.05).The incidence of hypoglycemia and hypotension in group C was lower than that in group A and group B(P<0.05).The correct rate of transport position in group C was higher than that in group A and group B after transport(P<0.05),and that in group B was higher than that in group A(P<0.05).The saturation of blood oxygen and arterial partial pressure of oxygen in group C were higher than those in groups A and B at 5 min after transport,and those in group B were higher than those in group A(P<0.05).The arterial partial pressure of carbon dioxide in group C was lower than that in groups A and B,and that in group B was lower than that in group A(P<0.05).Conclusion The modified hospital transport of premature infants for premature infants has a good effect on the daily care and management of medical staff and premature infants,which can be promoted and applied in clinical nursing work.关键词
