Carolina照护模式下的人文关怀在子宫内膜癌患者术后恢复中的应用效果
Application effect of humanistic care under Carolina care model in postoperative recovery of patients with endometrial cancer
摘要
Abstract
Objective To explore the application effect of humanistic care under Carolina care model in postoperative recovery of patients with endometrial cancer(EC).Methods Ninety-six EC patients who received laparoscopic surgery in the Department of Gynecology,Binzhou Medical University Hospital from January 2022 to December 2023 were selected and divided into control group(n=48)and observation group(n=48)by random number table method.The control group was given routine nursing,and the observation group was given humanistic care under Carolina care mode on the basis of routine nursing,and the nursing effect of the two groups was compared.Results The time of first postoperative exhaust,defecation,getting out of bed,and hospitalization time in the observation group were shorter than those in the control group(P<0.05).After nursing,the scores of self-rating anxiety scale and self-rating depression scale in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).The pain score and the total incidence of complications in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).The satisfaction rates of humanistic care and communication ability in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Humanistic care based on Carolina care model can promote the postoperative recovery of EC patients,reduce anxiety and depression,and improve nursing satisfaction,which is worthy of clinical promotion.关键词
