Abstract
Objective To study the application effect of hierarchical chain nursing in atomization treatment of bronchopneumonia in children.Methods A total of 100 children diagnosed with bronchopneumonia in Jining Third People's Hospital from May 2021 to October 2023 were selected and divided into two groups by random number table method,with 50 cases in each group.The control group was given routine intervention,and the observation group was given hierarchical chain nursing on the basis of routine intervention.The atomization effect,compliance,quality of life(the pediaric quality of life inventory measurement methods[PedsQL 4.0])and family members'evaluation of nursing services were compared between the two groups.Results The effect of atomization treatment(antipyretic time,antitussive time,and pulmonary rales disappearance time)in the observation group was better than that in the control group(P<0.05).The total compliance rate of the observation group(98.00%)was higher than that of the control group(84.00%)(P<0.05).After intervention,the scores of PedsQL 4.0(physiological function,emotional function,social function and role function)in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).The total satisfaction rate of family members in the observation group(96.00%)was higher than that in the control group(82.00%)(P<0.05).Conclusion Hierarchical chain nursing can improve the compliance and aerosol treatment effect of children with bronchopneumonia,improve the quality of life,and obtain more satisfactory nursing evaluation from family members.关键词
