Abstract
Objective To investigate the application effect of individualized intervention mode in children with upper respiratory tract infection(URTI).Methods A total of 100 children with URTI admitted to Fever Clinic,Huizhou Central People's Hospital from June 2021 to June 2023 were divided into control group(n=50)and observation group(n=50)using random number table method.The control group was given routine nursing intervention mode,and the observation group was given individualized intervention mode.The symptom improvement,hospital stay,lung function,sleep quality and family satisfaction of the two groups were compared.Results The remission time of fever,sore throat,runny nose and hospital stay in the observation group were shorter than those in the control group(P<0.05).Before intervention,the the forced expiratory volume in one second(FEV1),forced vital capacity(FVC)and FEV1/FVC were not significantly different between the two groups(P>0.05).After intervention,the FEV1,FVC and FEV1/FVC in both groups were higher than those before intervention,and those in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).Before intervention,there was no significant difference in sleep score between the two groups(P>0.05).After intervention,the sleep score of both groups was lower than that before intervention,and that in the observation group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).The family satisfaction in service attitude,humanistic care,environmental management,rehabilitation guidance,health education and nurse-patient communication in the observation group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Individualized intervention mode can alleviate the clinical symptoms of children with URTI,improve their lung function and sleep quality,and their families have a high degree of satisfaction.关键词
