Abstract
Objective To analyze the application effect of child interest induction combined with family companionship in the nursing of children with lobar pneumonia.Methods Sixty children with lobar pneumonia admitted to Department of Pediatrics,People's Hospital of Jiawang District of Xuzhou City from January 2021 to December 2023 were selected and divided into control group and observation group by lottery method,with 30 cases in each group.The control group received traditional pediatric nursing,while the observation group received child interest induction combined with family companionship on the basis of control group.The anxiety and depression scores of family members,the disappearance time of symptoms of children,and the total compliance rate of treatment were compared between the two groups.Results The total treatment compliance rate of observation group was higher than that of control group(P<0.05),and the disappearance time of cough,fever,wheezing and pulmonary moist rales was earlier than that of control group(P<0.05).After intervention,the anxiety and depression scores of family members in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Child interest induction combined with family companionship can improve the treatment compliance of children with lobar pneumonia,shorten the time of symptom disappearance,and alleviate the negative emotions of family members,which is worth promoting.关键词
