摘要
Abstract
Objective To observe the application effect of targeted nursing in infusion via indwelling venous catheter in children.Methods A total of 2661 children who received infusion via indwelling venous catheter in Jiangsu Province(Suqian)Hospital from August 2022 to June 2023 were selected as the study objects.Among them,1094 cases from August to December 2022 were selected as the control group and received traditional nursing,1567 cases from January to June 2023 were selected as the observation group and received targeted nursing.The success rate of one-time puncture,the total incidence of adverse events,the total compliance rate,the retention time and satisfaction were compared between the two groups.Results The success rate of one-time puncture in the observation group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).The total incidence of adverse events in the observation group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).The total compliance rate in the observation group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).Compared with the control group,the retention time in the observation group was longer,and the satisfaction score was higher(P<0.05).Conclusion The use of targeted nursing in infusion via indwelling venous catheter in children can improve the overall infusion quality and the success rate of one-time puncture,reduce adverse events,and help children actively cooperate with infusion,which is worthy of promotion.关键词
