Abstract
Objective To explore the application effect of"Internet+"nursing intervention in the nursing of primipara with maternal and infant separation and its influence on lactation.Methods A total of 100 primiparas who gave birth in the Affiliated Jiangning Hospital of Nanjing Medical University from March to December 2023 were selected as the study objects and divided into two groups according to the random number table method,with 50 cases in each group.The control group received routine nursing intervention,and the observation group received"Internet+"nursing intervention.The breastfeeding compliance,maternal role adaptability,lactation effect,and nursing satisfaction were compared between the two groups.Results The breastfeeding compliance of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After intervention,the maternal role adaptability score in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The first lactation time in the observation group was shorter than that in the control group,and the average daily lactation volume in the observation group was more than that in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The nursing satisfaction score of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion"Internet+"nursing intervention can improve the breastfeeding compliance of primiparas with maternal and infant separation,make them better adapt to the role of mother,shorten the time of first lactation,increase the daily milk yield,facilitate postpartum recovery,and improve their nursing satisfaction.关键词
