Abstract
Objective To observe the application effect of psychological nursing combined with safety vaccination nursing in child vaccination.Methods A total of 90 children who received vaccination in Dezhou Deccheng District Center for Disease Control and Prevention from January 1,2019 to May 1,2020 were divided into two groups according to the order of vaccination,with 45 children in each group.The group A received routine vaccination nursing,and the group B received psychological nursing combined with safety vaccination nursing.The vaccination compliance,incidence of adverse reactions,and nursing satisfaction of family members were compared between the two groups.Results The total vaccination compliance rate of the group B was higher than that of the group A(P<0.05).The total incidence of adverse reactions in the group B was lower than that in the group A(P<0.05).The total rate of nursing satisfaction of family members in the group B was higher than that in the group A(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of psychological nursing combined with safety vaccination nursing in child vaccination can improve their vaccination compliance,reduce the total incidence of adverse reactions,and improve nursing satisfaction of family members.关键词
