Abstract
Objective To explore the application effect of feedforward control nursing in the nursing of children with febrile seizure in emergency department.Methods A total of 76 children with febrile seizure admitted to the Department of Emergency,Guangzhou Xinhai Hospital from January 2020 to December 2021 were selected as the control group,and they received routine emergency procedures.A total of 80 children with febrile seizure from January 2022 to December 2023 were selected as the observation group,and they received feedforward control nursing.The treatment efficiency,incidence of adverse events,family members'knowledge of health,and nursing satisfaction of the two groups were compared.Results The emergency triage time,emergency response time,fever relief time,and shock relief time in the observation group were shorter than those in the control group(P<0.05).The total incidence of adverse events in the observation group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Compared with the control group,the observation group had better grasp of family members'knowledge of health and higher nursing satisfaction(P<0.05).Conclusion Feedforward control nursing can improve the efficiency of emergency treatment for children with febrile seizure,reduce the occurrence of adverse events,and improve the nursing satisfaction of family members.关键词
