Abstract
Objective To explore the application effect of evidence-based nursing in the nursing of neonatal skin injury.Methods A total of 96 children with neonatal skin injury admitted to Sihong First Hospital from July 2022 to July 2023 were divided into the control group(48 cases)and the observation group(48 cases)using the random number table method.The control group received routine nursing,and the observation group received evidence-based nursing.The intervention effect of the two groups was compared.Results After intervention,the score of neonatal skin condition score in the observation group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).The total family satisfaction rate in the observation group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).After intervention,the sleep time in the observation group was longer than that in the control group,and the crying time was shorter than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of evidence-based nursing in the nursing of neonatal skin injury can improve the skin condition of newborns,increase family satisfaction,prolong neonatal sleep time,shorten crying time,and is worth promoting.关键词
