Abstract
Objective To explore the clinical application effect of establishing the early warning system of postoperative urinary retention(POUR)in gynecological laparoscopy based on quality control circle.Methods Guangdong Maternal and Child Health Hospital had introduced quality control circles since April 2023 to establish a POUR early warning system.A total of 124 gynecological laparoscopic surgery patients from April to October 2023 were selected as the observation group,and quality control circle was implemented to establish the POUR early warning system.Altogether 108 patients who underwent gynecological laparoscopic surgery from April to October 2022 were selected as the control group,and traditional nursing mode was implemented.The incidence of POUR and patient satisfaction were compared between two groups,and changes in intangible outcomes were analyzed before and after the implementation of quality control circle.Results The incidence of POUR in the observation group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).The satisfaction score of the observation group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).After implementing the quality control circle model,the team's intangible achievement score was higher than that before implementation(P<0.05).Conclusion Establishing POUR warning system for gynecological laparoscopic surgery patients based on the quality control circle can effectively reduce the incidence of POUR,improve patients'satisfaction,and promote team growth.关键词
