Abstract
Objective To explore the application effect of collaborative nursing model between medical staff and family members and interest induction in nebulization inhalation therapy for children with bronchopneumonia.Methods Using the random number table method,110 children with bronchopneumonia who visited Puning Maternal and Child Health Hospital from January 2022 to December 2023 were divided into two groups,with 55 cases in each group.Both groups received nebulization inhalation therapy,while the control group received routine care,based on this,the observation group received collaborative nursing model between medical staff and family members combined with interest induction intervention.The compliance of nebulization inhalation,emotional state,and disappearance time of symptoms between two groups were compared.Results The total compliance rate of nebulization inhalation in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,and disappearance time of symptoms was shorter than that in the control group,with statistical differences(P<0.05).Compared with before the intervention,after the intervention,the positive score of positive and negative affect schedule(PANAS)of the two groups increased,and the score in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,while the negative score of PANAS of the two groups decreased,and the observation group was lower than the control group,with statistical differences(P<0.05).Conclusion The collaborative nursing model between medical staff and family members combined with interest induction intervention applied in nebulization inhalation therapy for children with bronchopneumonia can effectively improve their compliance with nebulization therapy,regulate their emotional state,and shorten the disappearance time of symptoms.关键词
