摘要
Abstract
Objective To observe the application effect of nursing intervention under quality control theory in interventional therapy of female patients with acute cerebral infarction(ACI).Methods A total of 82 female ACI patients who received interventional therapy in Jiangyin Lingang Hospital from June 2022 to December 2023 were included and divided into the control group(41 cases,given routine nursing intervention)and the observation group(41 cases,given nursing intervention under the quality control theory)according to the random number table method.The National Institute of Health stroke scale(NIHSS)and Fugl-Meyer limb function assessment scale(FMA)scores,complications,and satisfaction were evaluated between the two groups.Results After intervention,the observation group had lower NIHSS score,higher FMA score,fewer complications,and higher satisfaction(P<0.05).Conclusion Implementing nursing intervention under quality control theory for female ACI patients receiving intervention therapy can promote neurological and limb function recovery,reduce complications,and win patient recognition.关键词
