Abstract
Objective To analyze the application effect of comprehensive nursing combined with nasal irrigation in children with upper respiratory tract infection.Methods A total of 86 children with upper respiratory tract infection from April to December 2023 in Maternal and Child Health Hospital of Haizhu District,Guangzhou City were selected and divided into two groups by random number table method,with 43 cases in each group.The control group received routine nursing,the observation group received comprehensive nursing combined with nasal irrigation on the basis of control group.The remission time of clinical symptoms,sleep quality and comfort before and after intervention,and parental satisfaction between the two groups were compared.Results The remission time of symptoms in observation group was shorter than that in control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After intervention,the Pittsburgh sleep quality index score in observation group was lower than that in control group,and the comfort score was higher than that in control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The satisfaction of parents in observation group was higher than that in control group,the difference was significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Comprehensive nursing combined with nasal irrigation can quickly relieve the symptoms of nasal congestion,runny nose,sore throat and cough,improve the sleep quality and comfort of children,and increase the satisfaction of parents.关键词
