分层护理在小儿消化不良护理中的应用效果

Abstract
Objective To evaluate the application effect of stratified nursing in children with dyspepsia.Methods From May to December 2023,a total of 80 children with dyspepsia treated in Jiaozhou Central Hospital of Qingdao were divided into two groups using a random number table method,with 40 cases in each group.The control group received routine care,while the study group received stratified nursing.The differences in nursing indicators between the two groups were analyzed.Results The satisfaction of family members in the study group was 92.50%,higher than that in the control group(75.00%)(P<0.05).The quality of life scores in the study group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).The compliance of the study group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).The total incidence of adverse reactions of the study group was lower than that of control group(P<0.05).The relief time of clinical symptoms in the study group was faster than that in the control group,and the hospitalization time was shorter than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The stratified nursing plan for children with dyspepsia can improve the quality of life,relieve clinical symptoms,increase family satisfaction,and has high nursing value,which can be promoted.关键词
