高龄不孕女性生育压力及其影响因素分析
Analysis of fertility pressure and its influencing factors in elderly infertile women
摘要
Abstract
Objective To explore the fertility pressure and its influencing factors in elderly infertile women.Methods A total of 368 infertile women who underwent in vitro fertilization and embryo transfer(IVF-ET)in the Reproductive Medical Center of the Second Nanning People's Hospital from July 2020 to July 2021 were selected as the study subjects.Finally,360 cases of valid data were included.They were divided into group A(25-<35 years old),group B(35-<40 years old)and group C(40-<45 years old)according to different female ages.There were 120 women in each group,and the fertility pressure of women of different ages was compared.The influencing factors leading to high fertility pressure of elderly infertile women were analyzed.Results The scores of fertility pressure in group B and group C were higher than those in group A,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The scores of all aspects of fertility pressure in group C were higher than those in group B,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Univariate analysis showed that there was significant difference in fertility pressure among different places of residence,marriage time,infertility years,fertility history,and number of abortions(P<0.05).Multifactorial analysis showed that place of residence(rural area),marriage time(≥5 years),infertility years(≥5 years),no childbearing history,and number of abortions(≥2 times)were all influencing factors of fertility pressure in elderly infertile women(OR=2.392,2.883,6.821,4.285,4.808,P<0.05).Conclusion The fertility pressure of elderly infertile women is related to residence,marriage time,infertility years,reproductive history,and number of abortions.In the treatment of IVF-ET,attention should be paid to evaluating the fertility pressure and psychological state of elderly infertile women,and early intervention measures should be taken to relieve their fertility pressure and improve the success rate of IVF-ET treatment.关键词
