基于半桥三电平LLC谐振变换器的混合控制策略研究
Research on hybrid control strategy based on half-bridge three-level LLC resonant converter
摘要
Abstract
The half-bridge three-level LLC resonant converter has the advantages of small size,few switching devices,and high voltage resistance of switching devices.It has gradually been applied in the rear stage of DC charging modules to charge power batteries.In allusion to the problem that traditional pulse frequency modulation(PFM)strategy and phase-shift modulation(PSM)strategy cannot achieve a wide output voltage range,a wide gain range phase-shift frequency modulation(PSM-PFM)hybrid control strategy is proposed.A 600 W experimental prototype with output voltage of 20~60 V was built for the verification.The experimental results show that,in comparison with the single modulation strategy,the proposed control strategy has wider gain and can achieve a wide output voltage range,which can provide a stable,wide range and adjustable charging voltage for the power battery and realize zero-voltage turn-on of the switch tube.关键词
