摘要

Abstract

Ubiquitination is one of the protein post-translational modifications(PTMs)found in all eukaryotes,regulating thousands of proteins.Among them,the ubiquitin-proteasome system(UPS)can induce the proteasome to degrade target proteins,and then activates a variety of signaling pathways,which plays a regulatory role in a variety of cell life cycles,and plays a crucial role in many aspects of cell life processes.Tripartite motif-containing proteins(TRIMs)are a class of E3 ubiquitin ligases that play an important role in the regulation of in-tracellular signal transduction,development,apoptosis,protein quality control,innate immune response,autophagy and cancer.In this re-view,we have focused on the role of TRIMs in anti-influenza virus infection,including the regulation of the innate immune response media-ted by the direct effect on influenza virus proteins,pathogen recognition receptor(PRR),and induction of viral autophagy.This provides more new ideas for the prevention and control of influenza virus,and further lays a theoretical foundation for in-depth research on the mecha-nism of anti-viral infection mediated by TRIM family members.
