癫痫病患者丙戊酸钠血药浓度监测结果分析

Abstract
Objective To investigate the monitoring of sodium valproate blood concentration in our hospital,and promote the rational use of sodium valproate.Methods A total of 105 patients with epilepsy who were admitted to our hospital were selected for study.High performance liquid chromatography was used to monitor the blood concentration of sodium valproate.A statistical a-nalysis was conducted on the conditions in which the blood concentration of sodium valproate reached the standard and the effects of gender,age,number of monitoring times and concomitant medication on the blood concentration of sodium valproate.The adverse reactions were monitored.Results In this study,160 blood concentrations of 105 patients were monitored.The blood concentration of sodium valproate in45 patients was within the range of 50～100μg/mL,and the compliance rate was42.86%.Analysis of influ-encing factors showed that age was correlated with the blood concentration of sodium valproate.After adjusting the dosage,the rate of achieving the target blood concentration of sodium valproate was improved.Conclusion Clinical attention should be paid to the monitoring of blood concentration of sodium valproate in young patients,and doctors can adjust the dosage in a timely manner ac-cording to the blood concentration results.关键词
