Abstract
Objective To analyze the efficacy and liver function impact of rifapentine and rifampicin in the treatment of tu-berculosis.Methods 82 patients with pulmonary tuberculosis who were admitted and treated in our hospitals were selected as the research subjects.All patients were received anti-tuberculosis treatment plan.41 patients were included in the control group and treated with rifampicin tablets,the other 41 patients were included in the observation group and treated with rifampicin.The sputum smear conversion rate,cavity closure rate,lesion absorption rate,clinical treatment effect,liver function,T cell subpopulation level,GBP5 expression level,and drug adverse reactions were observed in both groups.Results After 6 months of medication,the obser-vation group had a higher rate of sputum smear conversion,cavity closure,lesion absorption and clinical treatment effect than those in the control group(P＜0.05).All liver function indicators in both groups were higher than the indicators before treat-ment(P＜0.05).But the observation group was lower than the control group(P＜0.05).The CD3+and CD8+indicators in both groups were lower than the value before treatment,while the CD4+and CD4+/CD8+indicators were higher than the value before treatment(P＜0.05).The GBP5 levels in both groups were lower than the levels before treatment(P＜0.05),and the level in the observation group was more significant(P＜0.05).The observation group had the fewer adverse reactions compared to the control group(P＜0.05).Conclusion In the treatment of pulmonary tuberculosis,the use of conventional anti-tuberculo-sis therapy combined with rifapentine treatment is relatively more effective,as well as the lower incidence of adverse drug reac-tions and higher use value.关键词
