霉菌毒素暴露和糖尿病及其并发症发生发展的关系研究进展
Research Progress on the Relationship between Mycotoxin Exposure and the Occurrence and Development of Diabetes and its Complications
摘要
Abstract
Mycotoxins are widely present in nature and seriously endanger human health.Common mycotoxins include vomitoxin,T-2 toxin,aflatoxin,fumonisin,ochratoxin A,zearalenone,etc.This article reviews the potential relationship between mycotoxin exposure and diabetes and its complications,and finds that long-term exposure to mycotoxins may increase the risk of diabetes and its complications.However,the role of mycotoxin exposure in the occurrence and development of diabetes still needs further study.关键词
